General Policy
Our services involve expert time, intellectual effort, editorial work, and third-party coordination (reviewers, editors, publishing platforms).
Hence, all payments made for editorial, consultancy, or journal-related services are generally non-refundable, except under the specific conditions mentioned below.
Refund Eligibility
A. Editing / Proofreading / Formatting Services
Refunds may be issued ONLY under the following conditions:
Duplicate payment made by the client – 100% refund.
Service not initiated (no editor assigned and no work started) – 90% refund (10% admin fee).
If delivery missed by more than 7 days beyond the agreed deadline (unless delay caused by client’s late response, unclear instructions, or revisions) – 30–50% partial refund.
No Refund will be issued if:
Work has already been started or delivered (even partially).
Client changes their mind after the service has started.
Client is dissatisfied due to journal rejection (editing cannot guarantee acceptance).
