Refund Policy for Article Editing & Grammar Checking Services
At Winkly Publications LLP , we are committed to providing high-quality article editing, proofreading, and grammar-checking services to ensure the best possible manuscript quality. However, due to the nature of these services, our refund policy is as follows:
1. Cancellation & Refund Before Service Begins
If a refund request is made before the editing process starts, a full refund may be issued.
Once the editorial team has begun working on the manuscript, only a partial refund (deducting administrative and processing fees) may be considered.
2. No Refund After Service Completion
Once the manuscript has been edited and delivered to the author, no refund will be provided, as the service has already been rendered.
If the author is unsatisfied with the edits, they may request one round of minor revisions at no extra cost.
3. Quality Concerns & Revisions
If the author believes there are significant errors or quality issues in the editing, they must submit a revision request within 7 days of receiving the edited document.
Our team will review the concerns and provide necessary corrections or improvements free of charge.
Refund requests based solely on subjective preferences (e.g., style differences) will not be considered.
4. Technical Errors & Duplicate Payments
If a payment is made in error (e.g., duplicate transactions), a full refund will be issued upon verification.
If a document was not delivered due to a technical issue, we will either re-deliver the edited document or offer a refund based on the circumstances.
5. Turnaround Time & Delays
If we fail to meet the agreed-upon deadline without prior notification, a partial refund may be considered.
However, delays caused by the author (e.g., late responses, additional revisions requested) do not qualify for a refund.
6. Force Majeure
No refunds will be issued for service disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, internet outages, or other force majeure events beyond our control.
